North American Credit Services is the difference in Revenue Cycle Management and Collections.   ---------------------------------------- Position Overview We’re looking for a Legal Collection Admin Representative to join our growing team.  This associate will receive, and review information received from various sources i.e. attorneys, auto insurance carriers, the hospitals and practices, courts, record retrieval companies.  If you're ready to contribute to our mission of guiding by faith and serving with integrity and compassion, we want to hear from you!  Join the NACS team and be part of a company committed to excellence in Revenue Cycle Management and Collection. ---------------------------------------- What You’ll Do * Liability/Attorney Accounts - Review and maintains follow up on accounts attorney represented, third party liability, PIP/Med Pay.  Including negotiating settlements with attorneys/insurance reps and assuring billing and medical record requests are fulfilled. * Bankruptcy Accounts - Verifies Bankruptcy information through the various websites and court systems.   Close/document various systems according to established workflow.  Requests Proof of Claims filed with the court when necessary.  Maintain follow up on cases until Discharged/Dismissal. * Deceased Patient Team - Verifies Date of Death and estate information through the various websites and court systems. Close/document various systems according to established workflow. * Admin Support Team – Supports all teams in the NACS Collection and Legal department by completing correspondence requests.   Create and complete Affidavits. Scanning correspondence and enclosures to related account.
