QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in a luxury salon, spa, or beauty environment
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in team management and client satisfaction
  • Excellent understanding of nail services, trends, and hygiene practices
  • Tech-savvy with experience using salon booking or POS software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Nail Bar Manager, you will be the face and force behind the day-to-day operations of our premium nail bar. You’ll ensure a flawless client experience, lead a team of skilled technicians, and oversee operational efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on service excellence, hygiene standards, and brand consistency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, motivate, and manage a team of nail technicians and front-of-house staff.
  • Client Experience: Ensure each client receives a five-star experience from entry to exit.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, inventory control, appointment scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards in hygiene, service protocols, and customer care.
  • Marketing & Client Relations: Support brand promotion efforts, build loyal client relationships, and respond professionally to client feedback.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
