Position Overview: As a Nail Technician at Golden Nails Tamworth Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for providing a range of nail treatments, from manicures and pedicures to intricate nail art designs and gel or acrylic enhancements. You will work closely with clients to ensure their nail care needs are met with expertise, attention to detail, and a strong sense of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of nail treatments, including manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylic nails, and nail art.
• Carry out thorough consultations with clients to understand their nail care needs and preferences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in nail care, including new techniques, products, and styles.
• Provide expert advice on nail care routines and the appropriate products for at-home maintenance.
• Ensure that all tools, equipment, and workstations are sanitized and maintained to meet hygiene and safety standards.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, offering personalized services, encouraging and arranging repeat appointments.
• Assist in the promotion of products and services to clients, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Qualification: Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or a relevant qualification in Nail Technology (or equivalent).
• Experience: Proven experience as a Nail Technician in a professional beauty setting is preferred.
• Specialist Skills:

o Expertise in performing various nail treatments, such as manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylic nails, and nail art.
o In-depth knowledge of nail anatomy, health, and safety.
o Proficient in nail care techniques including filing, shaping, cuticle care, and polish application.
o Ability to apply nail art, including designs, patterns, and embellishments.
o Knowledge of the latest trends in nail care, including advanced techniques like gel extensions and 3D nail art.

o Proficient in maintaining sterilization standards and hygiene practices.

• Personal Skills:
