Full-time Position$15.00 hourly when Not in Service; Commission based on Service hours, plus benefits.Located in Santa Fe, NM. Working out of our Inn & Spa at Loretto. Position Purpose: The Spa Nail Technician will under the direction of the Spa Director, maintain the quality and exceptional guest experience of the property Spa Facilities as it relates to nail care. The Spa nail tech is an essential support to Heritage Hotels & Resorts in creating unforgettable spa experiences for guests. Essential Duties and Functions/Responsibilities/Tasks: $10.00 hourly when Not in Service; Commission based on Service hours. Ability to give meticulous nail treatments Maintain a professional appearance, which includes wearing a clean and well-kept uniform, and nametag. Maintain positive, friendly, and professional approach with employees, coworkers, and guests. Punctual arrival and set up time 20 minutes prior to appointments. Support co-workers by cleaning personal space as well as public spaces. Responsible for keeping environment clean, taking laundry to the bins, and trash to bins. Effective retail knowledge and experience in selling retail products. Maintain proper opening/closing procedures and acting responsibly with transactions. Follow all safety and health regulations as well as Heritage Hotel Standards. Keep current and up to date knowledge of changing trends and developments in the department. Staying current with all State Licenses and Regulations. Willingness to learn new about products and new techniques. Support with keeping track of inventory needs.
