Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nail care services to clients, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
- Perform body waxing services as requested by clients
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience
- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper sanitization protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current nail trends and techniques
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Ability to upsell additional services and retail products to increase revenue
- Proficiency in body waxing techniques is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques to promote and sell products
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.80-$19.00 per hour
