Nail Technician Responsibilities (include but not limited to): The ability to perform a wide range of nail care, following milk + honey protocols, including natural and gel manicures/pedicures. Obtaining guest health history through the use of guest intake forms and/ or addendums, assessing problems and conditions and consulting with guests on recommended treatments. A commitment to participating in assigned tasks that are designed to grow therapist business and create repeat guest requests. Adherence to all Attendance and Punctuality policies in the handbook. An average in-service hourly rate ranges between $32-$36, including tips. Out of service rate will be paid out at $17.87.
