SKILLS

• Proficient in various nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art.
• Experience in body waxing is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ability to upsell services and retail products effectively.
