JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a true artist with a passion for nail care, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service. You must be knowledgeable in a wide range of nail services, have a keen eye for detail, and be committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Your ability to communicate effectively and up sell products will contribute to the overall success of our salon.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a salon environment.
• Proficiency in a variety of nail techniques, including classic manicures and pedicures
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create a positive experience for clients.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a professional demeanor.
• Relevant certification or license.

• Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, and nail art.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate services and products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station and ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilized and disinfected according to salon and industry standards.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products through continuous learning and professional development.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and client loyalty.
• Manage appointments and client records accurately.
• Adhere to all salon policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
