JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Russian Master Nail Technician to join our luxury salon team. The ideal candidate is an expert in Russian manicure techniques and nail artistry, committed to delivering exceptional quality, customer service, and hygiene standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a passion for nail care and beauty.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certification in Nail Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience specializing in Russian manicure techniques.
• Strong portfolio showcasing precision work, extensions, and artistic nail designs.
• Deep knowledge of nail health, cuticle care, and e-file use.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Professional, punctual, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
• Fluency in English required; Russian language skills a plus but not mandatory.

  Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per mont

• Perform high-end Russian manicures and pedicures, including dry e-file cuticle work.
• Apply gel, builder gel, hard gel, and acrylic extensions with expert-level technique.
• Design and execute advanced nail art, including hand painting, encapsulation, and trendy seasonal looks.
• Conduct client consultations to determine preferences and recommend treatments.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in compliance with salon health and safety standards.
• Stay updated on current trends, tools, and techniques in the nail industry.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business through professionalism and personalized service.
• Manage bookings and timing efficiently to ensure smooth salon operations.
