We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional nail care services. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality manicures inc biab, acrylic, and pedicures, ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Nail Technician certification or equivalent qualification is essential.
• Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Attention to detail and artistic flair for nail design is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings or weekends as required by the business needs.

• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, biab, acrylic, and nail art.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and provide recommendations on nail care treatments.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail design and techniques to offer clients innovative services.
• Ensure all products used are safe and suitable for clients’ needs, addressing any allergies or sensitivities.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and minimise wait times.
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client concerns promptly.
