Average Rate: $40.00/hour - includes: Tax, Commission, & Tips (this is an average rate and is not guaranteed) | Part-Time | Flexible Schedule needed Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Nail Technician maintains excellent nail care knowledge for both hands and feet and has complete understanding of all spa services presently offered. The Nail Technician will ensure the “Choctaw Experience” for members and guests by maintaining the Choctaw Expectations and Brand Standards. You will report to the Spa Director. Primary Tasks: 1. You will be proficient in standard nail services of nail grooming, polish application, massage, and exfoliation. Begin and end all treatments. 2. Perform all treatments on services’ menu based on current certifications. 3. Assess contraindications of guest that may prevent service from taking place. 4. Suggest other beneficial treatments offered in the spa to guests. 5. You will ensure that work areas are clean and set according to procedures. Complete all assigned side work. 6. Inform Spa Director of product needs. 7. You will create client cards with treatment notes. 8. Clean and disinfect all equipment daily. 9. You will assist staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to help maintain facility and prepare for special events. 10. Perform other duties as may be assigned. Requirements: · Must maintain all current licenses and certifications that are required on a state and local level. · Efficient and able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously. · Excellent verbal and written skills. · One (1) year experience.
