The Bellevue Club Spa is looking for an exceptional part-time Nail Technician to join the team and provide our members and guests with professional manicure and pedicure treatments. We seek a reliable, dependable, and accountable individual who is passionate about providing excellent service to our guests!
Shifts: Weekends

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Washington State Nail Technician or Cosmetologist license.
  • One-year related experience in a spa, salon, or private business experience preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Consults with new clients to assess the client’s special needs. Utilizes this assessment to adapt techniques to ensure a safe and effective treatment.
  • Provides professional, ethical manicure and pedicure treatments to clients. Attends to the needs and comfort of the clients.
  • Is knowledgeable about current spa service and retail offerings, including benefits and prices. Answers basic spa questions or refers members to other Club personnel when more difficult questions are asked. Recommends appropriate follow up visits and home care.
  • Ensures that all equipment is in good working order and is maintained as necessary throughout the spa. Communicates with the Spa Director when equipment maintenance is required, or inventory should be ordered.
  • Maintains a current knowledge of spa trends and activities and utilizes this knowledge to recommend new innovative programs and services
  • Strives to achieve service productivity and retail sales goals agreed upon with the Spa Director.
  • Attends scheduled staff meetings and professional training seminars for spa products and services.
  • Follows all operating procedures as outlined in the policies and procedures manual.
