Nails 11 Salon is currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Nail Technician Experienced in Russian Nails Techniques to join our team. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail services to our valued clients, ensuring that each experience is a relaxing and enjoyable one. Our ideal candidate is someone with extensive experience in the beauty industry, possesses excellent attention to detail, and is committed to providing the highest level of customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of [3] years of experience as a Nail Technician
• Extensive knowledge of nail care techniques, trends, and products
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create precise and intricate nail designs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients at once
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required
• Current knowledge of health and safety regulations in the beauty industry
• Russian Speaking is a must. English/Russian speaking will be an advantage
• Experience in Russian Nails Techniques is an added advantage

• Perform a wide range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art, in accordance with our salon’s standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and products
• Provide a warm and welcoming environment for clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed during their visit
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following all sanitation and sterilization procedures
• Engage with clients, actively listening to their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on nail care and maintenance
• Upsell salon products and services to increase revenue and meet sales targets
