  What We’re Looking For:

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality (Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Manager).

• A people-first leader who loves coaching and mentoring teams.
• Confident, passionate, and ready to set the pace and standard in your restaurant.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a cool head under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A love for high-quality food, unforgettable customer service – and, of course, PERi-PERi chicken!
