Job Description: A lovely family based in Oxford is seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to support their 8-year-old son, who is autistic, has ADHD, is non-verbal, and has global developmental delay. The role primarily involves school pick-up, followed by after-school care including playtime, dinner, and general supervision.
The position offers approximately 5 hours per day, though this may vary depending on the candidate’s experience and suitability given the complexity of the child’s needs.
Additional hours may be available for a candidate who is also happy to assist with light household tasks such as cooking or cleaning.
The ideal candidate will be patient, nurturing, and ideally have experience working with children with additional needs, though training or guidance can be provided for the right person.
Requirements: - Must have SEN experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 5 hours per day
Salary Offered: up to £35,000 gross per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)
