POSITION OVERVIEW

PINA Creation Inc., a leader in eco-friendly metal oxide nano inks and printed
electronics materials, is seeking a highly skilled Nanotechnologist with expertise in
semiconductor nano-materials for solar energy and sensor applications. The ideal
candidate will hold a PhD in Chemistry (or related field) and have proven experience in
designing, synthesizing, and optimizing advanced materials for flexible and rigid
devices, including solar panels, sensors, and displays.
This role will focus on developing next-generation printable semiconductor inks and thin
films, optimizing them for efficiency, durability, and scalability in commercial
manufacturing. The candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to translate
lab-scale innovations into market-ready products.

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

  • PhD in Chemistry (Materials Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, or related nanomaterials discipline).
  • Proven experience in semiconductor nanomaterials for photovoltaics or printed electronics.
  • Strong expertise in nano ink formulation and thin-film fabrication.
  • Ability to lead projects from concept to commercialization in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Track record of publications and/or patents in nanomaterials, photovoltaics, or printed electronics.

  • Formulate stable, high-performance nano inks compatible with scalable coating and printing methods.

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluation of material properties, film quality, and device performance.
  • Identify and resolve challenges related to film uniformity, adhesion, and long-term stability.
  • Establish quality control protocols for reproducible large-scale ink production.
