THE OPPORTUNITY We are searching for a Parts Counter Representative to join our growing operations at our DeRidder, LA location. The person in this role will be responsible for working with customers and technicians to fill parts requirements. YOUR CONTRIBUTION Answer parts sales calls Assist customers with counter sales and inquiries Take and process customer orders Offer advice and details regarding available products Follow-up communications with customers Stock, order, and maintain proper inventory levels MOST IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS Required: High School Diploma Required: Strong sales consultative communication skills as role is a "customer-facing" position Required: Strong knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office software Highly Preferred: Previous experience with selling parts JOB FACTS Schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm; Saturday 7:30am - 12pm may be required. The majority of the day will be spent communicating with customers on the phone.
