Job Description CD PROJEKT RED is looking for an exceptional and well-organized Narrative Producer to join the teams working on The Witcher 4. The person in this role will play a key part in narrative production, working closely with Narrative Leadership and cross-functional development teams to help deliver outstanding narrative experiences. Daily responsibilities Drive and continuously improve production processes supporting Story and Narrative development. Work closely with Narrative Leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and support content delivery. Optimize for delivering value across the game, not just within a specific team or area. Take ownership of production planning and delivery for Story and Narrative teams, including scheduling, roadmap management, and recording timelines. Foster incremental delivery with frequent integration, ensuring progress is measured through tangible results. Continuously seek actionable improvements, challenge the status quo, and evolve production practices and workflows. Support our creative leaders and development teams in delivering outstanding narrative experiences. Help build high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and fostering effective collaboration. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as a Producer in game development, preferably supporting Story, Quest, Open World, or other content-driven teams. Proven ability to independently own complex production topics and drive them to successful completion. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the game development lifecycle. Strong understanding of game development pipelines, production processes, and methodologies, with the ability to pragmatically apply them. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build alignment across teams and stakeholders. Experience using project management tools. A passion for narrative-driven games and interactive storytelling. Nice to have Fluent Polish (spoken and written) and professional English. Experience in the development and shipment of the AAA title. Experience coaching, mentoring, and supporting the growth of teams or fellow producers. Experience with voice-over production, recording workflows, or performance capture pipelines. Deep knowledge of the Jira and Confluence tools.
