Essential Cuisine Ltd, part of Solina Group is one of the UK's leading manufacturer and supplier of stocks, sauces and gravies to the UK’s foodservice and food manufacturing sectors. Due to our continued rapid growth, Essential Cuisine Ltd is looking to appoint a National Account Customer Care Executives to join our successful team in Winsford, Cheshire. In this role, you will make outbound phone calls to chefs, creating new sales opportunities by introducing our product ranges and demonstrating how our solutions can support them in their busy kitchens. Alongside driving sales, you will build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Skills / Experience Required Customer Service experience Excellent communication skills and a polite and confident telephone manner Experience with using CRM system, Microsoft office Experience in the food industry is an advantage but full training will be given……. however a passion for food is essential! Team player Responsibilities will include: Daily outbound sales calls to existing and prospect customers (chefs) Working closely with a Business Development Manager providing support Focused campaign calling General administration tasks including updating of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database, Microsoft Office Qualifications and Education Requirements Maths and English GCSE grade C or above If you are friendly, self-motivated and highly driven we would like to hear from you.
