PURPOSE OF ROLE:

We are excited to offer the role of a National Account Executive (fixed term).
This role reports to a National Account Manager and is responsible for a key national account, Coles. This role will focus on the development and implementation of agreed strategic plans across Coles to achieve Blackmores’ business objectives, sales and profit targets. Main responsibilities involve promotional planning, forecasting, data analysis, store communications, fiscal reporting, development of export markets, field communications, education and ongoing development of digital strategy.
This role is for a 12
months
fixed term and is open for someone either based in Sydney or Melbourne. If you are Sydney based, you can work from our Surry Hills, or Warriewood offices. or if you are A Melbourne based employee would work remotely, or, you can work from our Braeside Manufacturing Plant.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Analyse data to identify sales, share and profit opportunities, assist in the design of promotional plans aligned to meet account and channel objectives, maximise return on trade spend investment

  • Achievement of volume, share and profit targets by maximising brand exposure and yield from promotional expenditure and other business activities.

  • Ongoing reporting to assist business function including working closely with finance and category teams.

  • Understanding and knowledge of the customer, category, industry and competitors including the impact of activities to Blackmores as well as building the reputation of Blackmores externally

  • Execute with excellence through collaboration with Marketing Team, sales field plan (and agency partners) aligned to specific sales plan, timely information to field to ensure compliance and execution
