Job Title: National Account Manager
Location: Midlands Based
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Report to: Account Director

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
As part of the Leadership Team (LT) the role of the National Account Manager will be to oversee all commercial activities of a set of designated clients ensuring Ascot Services maximises all opportunities for profit generation available to it. As an inspirational people focused leader you will be responsible for the development and delivery of the Ascot Services growth strategy and be a key influencer and participant of the LT.
The role includes management of both Hard and Soft FM services. Reporting to and working alongside the FM Account Director you will manage the onsite teams with responsibility for day-to-day operations, contract performance and customer satisfaction. The job holder will be passionate about service delivery and ensure all activity is focused on adding value to our customers experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Contractual SLAs are achieved and reported on (Internally / Client).
Ascot SLAs are achieved utilising the Service Desk and Portal’s.
Responsible for overseeing the planning, development, prioritisation and implementation of new contracts.
