This exciting role leads the On-Trade IFT Wholesale team for the North of England, managing 4 direct reports and overseeing 21 Wholesalers across the UK. The primary objective is to reignite our wholesale partnerships and create stronger alignment with Budweiser Brewing Group (BBG), driving increased market share in the region. The role requires strong leadership, commercial expertise, strategic thinking, and extensive On-Trade experience. The successful candidate will be an ambassador for BBG and a strategic partner to the Northern Wholesale Ledger.
The Role:
The National Account Manager (Wholesale) is responsible for leading and developing the Key Account Management (KAM) team while ensuring delivery of all commercial objectives. This includes managing Business Performance Reviews (BPRs), and other commercial routines alongside governing the team’s input for sales forecasting and performance tools. The role is highly strategic and requires excellent relationship-building skills to engage with senior stakeholders across the Northern Wholesale Ledger, maximising commercial opportunities and driving market growth.
