Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

This National role will play a key part in promoting our brands and cardiac testing services. Working closely with key stakeholders in medical centres, specialists and commercial clients, you will develop strong relationships, monitor performance, respond to queries, help develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve commercial revenue targets.
This position offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to drive the product’s success across a collection centre footprint of over 1,900 sites. You will be instrumental in shaping the product’s marketing roadmap, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with key stakeholders to promote and sell the solution to clinicians.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a national strategy for product launches and ongoing sales campaigns
  • Develop and manage a strategic network plan of collection centres providing cardiac monitoring service.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalise on them.
  • Analyse patient feedback, market trends, and competitive offerings to continuously refine the product and ensure its relevance and value in the marketplace.
  • Ensure that our technology is fit for purpose and a leader in the market
  • Secure a profitable long term commercial arrangement for cardiac monitor devices to be used in collection centres, to grow Healius cardiac diagnostics market share.
  • Work with legal, regulatory, and compliance teams to ensure the product adheres to healthcare industry standards and guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, monitor and manage contract performance, addressing any issues or discrepancies that arise.
  • Work closely with operations, clinical teams, data entry, and business development teams to ensure smooth execution of product launches and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate with finance, marketing, and legal departments to address financial planning, pricing, regulatory compliance, and promotional efforts
  • Take full ownership of the product’s financial performance, including revenue generation, cost management, and profitability.
  • Set pricing strategies in collaboration with finance and commercial revenue teams, ensuring competitive positioning and optimal margin structures.
