WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in a Junior Account Manager role or equivalent:
  • Experience in developing and executing business development strategies within a luxury retail environment.
  • Experience in managing and delivering both top-line growth and bottom-line profitability in line with multi-channel distribution strategies.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strategic relationships with distributor partners, to drive brand awareness and commercial growth.
  • Experience working with international markets.
  • Strong analytical skills to review regional sales performance, market trends and competitor activity.
  • Comfortable reviewing and managing a P&L.
  • Skilled in influencing, negotiating & presenting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective, trust-based relationships across Head Offices, external partners and internal cross-functional teams
Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

To lead and develop strategic, long-term partnerships with selected global Retail Distributor partners, driving brand growth and commercial performance in regional markets. The role is responsible for accelerating brand presence across multiple channels including; SAS, wholesale, third-party and direct e-commerce, while ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury positioning. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, with strong influencing skills, a track record of delivering retail sales, net sales and profit targets and a deep understanding of the in-store retail environment to maximise brand visibility and sales opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Deliver sales and profit targets across assigned distributor accounts, ensuring performance aligns with agreed budget and growth expectations.
  • Track and analyse both sell-in (purchases) and sell-out (retail sales) performance, proactively developing joint business plans with distributors to meet or exceed targets.
  • Drive excellence in product ranging, merchandising, and display across wholesale branches and/or online platforms, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning are in place to support effective execution.
  • Drive the strategic development of effective brand activations and local market initiatives, working closely with distributor and marketing teams to ensure premium brand positioning, impactful animations and standout visibility that outperforms competitors in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within Head Office and within assigned Distributor organisation, to unlock growth opportunities and maximise long-term business potential.
