We’re looking for a National Account Manager to join our passionate and high-performing Sales team at Kinrise Biscuits who is Australia’s leading private label and B2B biscuit and cracker manufacturer. Reporting to the Head of Sales – Biscuits, you’ll take full ownership of one of our most significant national retail partnerships. As a strategic leader, you’ll shape and execute the customer growth strategy across key customers. Own and lead the strategic relationships with a major national grocery retailers Build accurate forecasts, achieve sales targets, and drive annual joint business plans Lead customer negotiations and engagement, with the support of a strong, capable team Identify and unlock new business development opportunities to drive incremental growth Influence product and category strategies with real input into how we go to market Manage the customer investment plan from planning to optimisation Translate strategy into action through channel activation plans and execution tracking Build powerful customer connections and ensure Kinrise remains the natural partner of choice What we’re looking for in you: A resilient, strategic operator who thrives in ambiguity and can flex between execution and big-picture thinking A proven National Business Manager with a strong track record in major retail accounts Someone who rolls up their sleeves, gets involved and loves driving results through strategy and execution Demonstrated ability to build and deliver strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities and the competitive landscape Comfortable planning across both annual and longer-term (2–3 year) horizons with a win–win mindset Skilled in leading negotiations, managing range reviews and influencing key decisions Sharp financial acumen with a history of delivering strong commercial outcomes Clear, confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills, plus MS Suite proficiency Why Join Us?
