We are currently seeking a commercially minded National Account Manager to join our Consumer Goods team and play a key role in supporting our Woolworths partnership. This could be the perfect next step for an emerging National Account Manager or experienced National Account Executive looking to further develop their customer management and commercial capability within a leading FMCG organization. About the Role Reporting to the Channel Manager – Grocery, you will help drive the implementation of Essity’s customer strategy across Woolworths while contributing to sales growth, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build your exposure to a major national retailer, work closely with cross-functional teams, and develop your strategic account management capabilities within a supportive environment. What You Will Do Support the delivery of Essity's customer strategy across the Woolworths account. Develop strong relationships with key customer stakeholders. Contribute to achieving sales, market share and profitability targets. Assist with promotional planning, new product launches and range review activities. Use data and insights to identify opportunities for growth and improved customer outcomes. Partner closely with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams to deliver business objectives. Support forecasting and planning processes to ensure strong customer service outcomes. Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Help balance customer priorities with Essity's commercial objectives to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. Who You Are You are a driven and commercially aware FMCG professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and delivering results. You may currently be working as a National Account Manager, National Account Executive, Account Executive, Category Executive or in a similar customer-facing FMCG role and are looking to further develop your career in major grocery. We're interested in people who bring: Experience within FMCG, retail or consumer goods environments. At least 3 years of demonstrated experience supporting or managing relationships with Woolworths, Coles or another major grocery retailer. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Commercial acumen and an interest in understanding customer and business drivers. Strong analytical and planning capabilities. Confidence working with data, reporting tools and Excel. A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively across multiple teams. Curiosity, resilience and a desire to learn and grow. Previous experience as a National Account Manager is advantageous, however we are equally interested in high-performing National Account Executives who are ready to step into a larger customer-facing role.
