We’re looking for a proactive and commercially minded National Account Manager to join our team and take the lead in managing and growing customer accounts within the food manufacturing sector - from premium retailers to foodservice partners. You’ll play a vital role in nurturing relationships, developing opportunities and generating new leads.
As a National Account Manager you’ll bring exemplary communication skills, a strong customer focus and a solution orientated mindset to deliver tailored support to uphold our commitment to quality, safety and service in the food industry.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Technical, Quality, and New Product Development teams to support innovation and continuous improvement, while sharing valuable product and industry insights.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders through various channels.
  • Convert inbound enquiries into new accounts and profitable sales opportunities.
  • Ensure timely response to inbound enquiries and quote follow-ups.
  • Identify new prospects through industry research and event participation.
  • Analyse customer and sales data to develop tailored strategies to drive growth.
  • Negotiate and close contracts that align with revenue targets.
  • Determine margins for quotations and propose product price reviews.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
  • Share product knowledge and insights with customers to drive upselling.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and manage customer issues effectively.
  • Liaise with colleagues to build knowledge of our products and processes.
  • Participate in sales meetings and share customer insights, markets trends and opportunities.
