Responsibilities

You’ll manage and grow high-profile national foodservice accounts. As a key player in our national team, you’ll have the autonomy to develop tailored strategies that deepen customer engagement, drive revenue, and boost distribution in a competitive FMCG environment.
You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering on Refresco’s commercial goals—working cross-functionally, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading national-level planning initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead and manage national commercial relationships across key foodservice distribution partners
  • Execute tailored sales, marketing, and pricing initiatives to meet volume and margin targets
  • Negotiate trading agreements and lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes
  • Drive product distribution and new line penetration
  • Analyse performance data to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and coach field sales to ensure flawless execution
