As our National Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of major industrial customers and high‑value prospects. You’ll also play an active role on the Leadership Team, influencing direction and driving continuous improvement in how we serve our customers. Job Description Managing and strengthening senior‑level relationships across major industrial and manufacturing accounts Building, maintaining and converting a national sales pipeline Identifying and winning new business opportunities Leading tender responses and major project bids Conducting regular business reviews with key customers Negotiating with customers and suppliers to maximise commercial outcomes Managing national contracts, KPIs and reporting requirements Developing strategies that enhance our customer value proposition and competitive position Qualifications Proven success managing large key accounts and securing new projects A track record of exceeding sales and margin targets Minimum 5 years’ senior Key Account Management experience Strong negotiation and influencing skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Electrical industry experience, ideally within industrial or commercial markets Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail CRM experience and solid Microsoft Office capability Additional Information We’re committed to helping you grow, thrive and feel valued.
