Responsibilities
  • Develop an appropriate customer specific national account strategy in line with Kohler Mira’s strategic business goals.
  • Formulate, agree, implement and review business plans with the objective of realising profitable, sustainable growth for both businesses.
  • Drive desired sales results versus forecast and plan.
  • Achieve budgeted net sales by brand by month.
  • Provide customer forecasts by product and category.
  • Support all forecast submission and changes with a robust assumption breakdown.
  • Develop a plan, through close working with Kohler Mira channel marketing, to execute the most cost-effective use of discretionary funds, whilst driving the most profitable return on investment.
  • Obtain listings and drive sales of new products at agreed levels.
  • Understand our competitive position within the account and grow share accordingly
  • Feedback insights relating to competitor activity.
  • Negotiate and implement annualised trading terms.
  • Produce an account specific reporting suite which monitors all facets of the commercial performance of the account.
  • Develop, maintain and build strong relationships with key influencers and stakeholders
