A Day in the Life
As a National Account Manager at L’Oréal Consumer Products Division, reporting to the Channel Director, you’ll be at the forefront of our business, forging strong partnerships with key national accounts and driving growth for our iconic brands. This role is perfect for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building relationships and achieving ambitious targets.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and implement joint business plans with national accounts, focusing on sell-in and sell-out strategies to maximize brand performance.
- Negotiation & Agreements: Lead commercial agreement negotiations, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for L’Oréal while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Business Planning & Forecasting: Create accurate sales forecasts, execute commercial plans, and monitor performance to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Partner with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Customer Services, Legal, Field Sales, Finance, Business Planning) to develop and execute customer-centric plans.
- Market Analysis & Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
We Are Looking For
- Commercial Acumen: A proven track record of success in sales or account management, with a deep understanding of trade marketing and category management principles.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, anticipating market trends and adapting to changing business needs.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiation & Influencing: Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence key decision-makers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Results Orientation: A strong drive to achieve results, exceeding targets, and consistently delivering on commitments.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a sales-focused role.
