Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager, National Accounts to develop and implement strategic account action plans for energy and utility sector clients.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive National Account customer strategies focused on enhancing customer experience, expanding year-over-year opportunities, and deepening client relationships to maximize long-term value within the vertical market.
  • Establish and maintain productive, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders across assigned customer accounts, including executives, project managers, superintendents, and procurement teams, ensuring alignment with all decision-making roles.
  • Review, negotiate, and manage contractual agreements—including Master Service Agreements (MSA’s), terms and conditions—to ensure mutual understanding of deliverables, expectations, and competitive positioning; develop win strategies tailored to each account.
  • Conduct targeted sales meetings and presentations to communicate company capabilities and demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of products and emerging opportunities.
  • Participate in large opportunity reviews by gathering critical data, assessing feasibility (Go/No-Go analysis), preparing tailored proposals, and serving as the sales lead for high-impact projects driven by strategic relationships and market insights.
  • Monitor and manage sales pipelines, engaging regularly with sales teams to ensure consistent progress and drive performance across key accounts.
  • Travel is between 25% to 50% to support the National Accounts Customer portfolio and department, including trade shows, customer events and associations.
