OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Availability to travel within the U.S. and Canada.
  • Ideally located in the East/Northeast U.S.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Medicom and AMD Ritmed medical sales in the U.S., with a primary focus on the non-acute segment and a strategic focus on acute markets.
  • Drive sales for Medicom Branded and Private Label products in collaboration with the North American Director of Sales.
  • Develop and manage key medical channel partnerships and distribution networks.
  • Target U.S. health systems and position Medicom’s value proposition to penetrate new accounts.
  • Maintain close relationships with senior-level stakeholders at key customer accounts.
  • Work with the contracting team to manage and negotiate current and future contracts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Business Intelligence to align strategies and market intelligence.
  • Project a positive industry presence and reinforce Medicom’s reputation.
  • Manage sales quotas within a predetermined expense budget.
  • Track and communicate competitive insights and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain customer plans, making recommendations to management.
  • Support distribution partners and strengthen relationships throughout the supply chain.
  • Act as the primary sales contact for acute and non-acute healthcare providers.
  • Address customer concerns related to products, orders, and backorders with urgency.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Represent Medicom at trade shows, customer events, and sales meetings.
  • Provide recommendations for improved sales systems and procedures.
  • Conduct on-site visits with customers as needed.
