Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Wage: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Responsibilities

We’re seeking an Account Manager responsible for managing sales, client relationships, and the growth of their team. A successful candidate will sustain long-term relationships with assigned clients, provide strategic development, and lead National Account Coordinators to achieve client retention and organic revenue growth.

  • Provide strong client recaps on programs and identify new opportunities to retain and upsell.
  • Wrap up customer projects on time while adapting to sudden changes.
  • Follow up with clients who express concerns or issues.
  • Instill trust and confidence with clients through regular meetings.
  • Demonstrate a full understanding of budgets and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and create action plans to achieve sales goals.
  • Introduce clients to other MCA services and educate them about these offerings.
  • Ensure the field is set up for success through open communication and positive energy.
  • Communicate information clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writing.
  • Take the initiative to explore and suggest new approaches to improve quality and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure call reports are properly set up in the system and paperwork is translated and posted to the web in a timely manner.
  • Track performance consistently and measure results against customer KPIs.
