Responsibilities

On Premise is a priority growth channel for Penfolds as we accelerate top-line growth and bring our vision of being a global luxury icon to life. Reporting to the Head of Independent Retail & On Premise ANZ, this role will drive sustainable sales growth by developing and managing an allocated group of NSW and national on-premise customers, while building brand visibility across key venues.

  • Develop and execute the ANZ on-premise strategy, delivering sales and profit growth
  • Build strong partnerships with hospitality groups, casinos, hotels and restaurants
  • Negotiate and deliver business plans with key accounts and wholesalers
  • Lead, coach and develop two Key Account Manager to build capability and execution standards
  • Drive Penfolds visibility and availability across NSW and national accounts
  • Support trade and brand events, delivering best-in-class experiences for customers and consumers
