Reporting to the Pet Specialty Retail Director, due to an exciting internal move, we’re seeking a commercially astute National Account Manager with a passion for pets and a proven ability to turn insights into action! You’ll drive growth, execute strategic plans, and deliver outstanding customer engagement across a major account.
With strong commercial and analytical skills, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, while managing key relationships across omnichannel Pet Specialty Retail to strengthen Royal Canin’s market presence and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and achieve budgeted targets for the retail portfolio.
  • Utilise category insights, demand planning, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans, including promotional and marketing initiatives, to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Present new product developments (NPD) and category merchandising initiatives to corporate partners.
  • Negotiate and manage trading terms as part of annual strategic planning.
  • Conduct performance reviews with key accounts, analyse trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee trade spend budgets and promotional programs to maximise financial performance.
  • Ensure optimal product supply by contributing to demand forecasting and supply chain coordination.
  • Support customer marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and educational programs for retail and veterinary staff.
