We are seeking a driven National Account Manager to join our Auckland-based Route Foodservice team. In this position, you’ll own key customer accounts, lead commercial strategies, and bring initiatives to life that deliver measurable growth.
You’ll be at the forefront of building trusted partnerships, shaping commercial plans, and representing Goodman Fielder at industry events - all while making a real impact with some of New Zealand’s most loved food brands.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of key National Accounts, designing and executing strategies that deliver measurable sales, margin, and market share growth.
  • Partner with customers to create tailored initiatives and promotional activities that achieve shared success.
  • Act as the bridge between customers and Goodman Fielder, working seamlessly with our field teams, outbound sales, support services, and contractors to deliver results.
  • Strengthen relationships with national and multi-site customers, ensuring we remain a trusted and valued partner.
  • Use insights and performance data to track progress, inform decisions, and influence commercial outcomes.
