Responsibilities

ABOUT THE NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:

As the National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer relationships within the independents channel. Achieving budgeted sales volumes, profit and market share within your assigned portfolio.

OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (NOT LIMITED TO):

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and ensure accuracy by SKU
Compiling promotional, sales and trade spend tracking analysis
Monitoring and analysing performance metrics, suggesting improvements as needed
Developing strong and effective external relationships with retailers/MSO’s including promotions managers, buyers, and category managers; providing timely and effective bespoke solutions
What are we looking for in an Account Manager? What’s important?
1-2 years+ experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector
Experience selling often complex solutions
Entrepreneurial mindset
Strong negotiation skills
