ABOUT THE ROLE:

Do you have a passion for coffee and a track record in key account management within the SDA or consumer electronics space? We’re looking for a commercially-minded, relationship-driven professional to join our team and take ownership of key retail accounts — with a spotlight on the coffee category.
This is a great opportunity to work with a leading brand, shape retail strategy, and drive results with major partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Be the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date account plans and report all aspects of business to the Sales Manager.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and ensure a competitive edge.
  • Plan account activities collaboratively with Trade Marketing colleagues including effective product displays, services, promotional plans, store merchandising, staff training programmes and sales incentives.
  • Provide accurate quantity and financial forecast outlooks.
  • Work closely with the team to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth within this critical market segment.
  • Act swiftly and decisively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and quick thinking.
  • Maintain a keen attention to detail in all aspects of account management, from strategy development to execution.
  • Develop effective customer relationships with all relevant functions - commercial, buying, supply chain, store support and operations.
