What some of your day-to-day responsibilities will look like Manage key pharmacy accounts, building strong relationships with buyers and banner groups Support delivery of sales targets, forecasts and promotional plans across the channel Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance and Operations to deliver customer plans Drive in-store execution, including ranging, merchandising and promotional activity Partner with broker and field teams to ensure consistent execution in store Use data and insights to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities About You You will bring 3–5+ years' experience in FMCG or pharmacy sales, including: Experience working with pharmacy customers or similar retail channels Strong relationship management skills and ability to work collaboratively with customers Solid commercial understanding, including promotions, forecasting and performance tracking Ability to work cross-functionally to deliver outcomes Strong communication and organisational skills A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and grow Why Join Us?
