WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
This role offers a blend of remote work and travel to our Reading and London offices, as well as nationwide visits to engage with strategic partners. As part of our sales team, you’ll create and execute innovative marketing and sales strategies to increase Guardian’s market share. Your creativity will be evident in the design and management of annual marketing service agreements with key partners, aligning with our value-driven strategy.
Keeping up with industry trends is essential, and you’ll attend high-profile events, delivering impactful sales presentations. Your leadership will be demonstrated in organising and leading quarterly reviews with senior management at partner firms, uncovering new sales opportunities. Building and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders and partners is crucial, providing them with exceptional service and support.
Your expertise will be vital in managing tender requests and panel positions, ensuring Guardian remains competitive. You’ll identify and mitigate distribution risks, follow established procedures, and analyse management information to drive sales strategies for robust growth. As a Guardian Champion, you’ll advocate for our vision and values, strengthening alliances and advancing our mission.
