This position entails speaking with small business owners across the country with the primary objective of identifying and evaluating the financial needs of their business and provide them with a solution that best compliments and adheres to their specific funding goals. This is a relationship, consultative sales role, where both listening and asking questions are imperative to uncover, understand and obtain a clear picture of the financial needs of the business owner.
As a valued contributor to our sales team, our sales team members are responsible for cultivating new opportunities and leads both within our database (warm calls) and capitalizing on both our inbound internet leads and incoming marketing calls generated through our monthly marketing programs (Yes, these would be considered HOT!)
Training our new sales team members is our highest priority, providing 1:1 and team training on an ongoing basis. For our new team members, our goal is to prepare you to handle and manage all facets of the sales cycle. You will be responsible and accountable for the due process and procedures (aka the paperwork) of assisting your clients with obtaining the financial funding they need and require, with emphasis on client care, maintaining relationships and follow-up as you build your portfolio & book of business.
