Description:
As our National Account Administrator at Shred-it/ Stericycle, you will play an essential role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer profitability by managing and supporting our National Accounts. You will help coordinate the onboarding of new clients, handle key initiatives like price adjustments, and serve as a crucial contact for client inquiries and issues. This position requires close collaboration with internal departments and direct interaction with customers to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualified to work in the UK, with a clean criminal record.
- You can comfortably commute to our Sale office. To ensure we maintain a level of commitment to life balance, candidates with a perceived commuting time of more than 60 minutes may not be considered.

Responsibilities:
- You’ll execute directives from the National Account team and ensure the effective management of assigned accounts.
- You’ll facilitate new client launches and mobilize contracts across departments.
- You’ll coordinate the decommissioning of closed accounts.
- You’ll manage and track national price adjustments and maintain accurate records in Salesforce (SFDC).
- You’ll support customer inquiries and resolve issues in collaboration with Customer Services, Credit Control, and Master Data teams.
- You’ll prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for the National Account team, supporting price and service-related insights.
- You’ll lead programmatic, large-scale service projects for clients, new and existing.
