Position Summary The National Accounts Coordinator is a hybrid role supporting both sales and account management functions at MWI Direct. This position is responsible for maintaining and growing existing national account relationships while supporting new business efforts through estimating, proposal development, and client communication. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, sales, estimating, and operations to ensure accurate pricing, seamless execution, and a high level of customer satisfaction. What We Offer Opportunity for career growth Hands-on training in a specialized, high demand industry Exposure to all aspects of direct mail marketing Collaborative and team-oriented work environment Key Responsibilities Account Management & Sales Support Support the Vice President of Sales & Marketing in managing and growing existing national accounts Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-up Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and campaign recaps Maintain accurate and up-to-date account activity in CRM systems Coordinate client onboarding and internal communication across departments Estimating & Proposal Development Learn and support estimating process for direct mail campaigns (print, postage, fulfillment) Prepare cost estimates and client quotes Partner with production and operations teams to ensure estimates are accurate and competitive Assist in developing proposals and bid responses for new and existing clients Business Development Research and identify prospective clients and direct mail opportunities across target industries Support outreach efforts including email, phone, and LinkedIn prospecting Maintain and track sales pipeline activity Participate in networking events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed Marketing & Brand Support Support brand growth and lead generation through marketing initiatives and sales materials Help maintain LinkedIn presence and assist with outreach to prospective clients Create and update sales presentations and marketing materials Assist with email, direct mail, and other outbound marketing efforts Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Self-motivated with a willingness to learn Preferred: Internship or experience in sales, marketing, or direct mail/print industry Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Basic understanding of print production or direct mail Interest in data-driven marketing Skills & Competencies Customer-focused mindset Strong problem-solving skills Initiative and accountability Effective time management and prioritization Ability to collaborate across teams Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and company holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities Work Environment In-office position.
