Description The National Accounts Inside Sales will be part of the Sales and Customer Service team and interface directly with clients and prospects: selling and providing information on service, maintenance, and repair related to our products and service lines. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities: Cultivates and strengthens relationships with potential and existing clients in the manufacturing fields. Responsible for growing sales and supporting key national accounts. Acts as liaison to coordinate information and service between the end user of a product and the sales representatives in the selling organization. Oversees and facilitates the delivery and customer service experience. Answers inquiries and questions from customers related to ongoing use of products, maintenance requirements, operations, and other related information. Develops and implements strategies for sales in an assigned region or industry. Drives to coordinate information and service between the customer and other departments, (Operations, Sales, Engineering, etc.) within AHP. Partners with end users to identify and quote products, assist with technical questions, follow-up on existing orders, and develop relationships to grow market share via all product offerings. Communicates internally and externally the delivery of products, works with internal customers to meet client needs, proactively communicates with client to ensure a great customer experience. Answers inquiries and questions from customers related to ongoing use of products, maintenance requirements, operations, and other related information. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Strategic analytical and problem-solving skills. Thorough understanding of equipment, product, industry, and/or services provided to clients. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and logs. Education and Experience: Prior experience in related field highly preferred. Experience in customer service and/ or sales experience preferred. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
