Description The National Accounts Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic corporate and regional relationships within the dialysis marketplace. This role partners closely with customers, clinical stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams to drive revenue and expand market presence. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare market knowledge, proven sales experience, and the ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment. Requirements Account & Relationship Management Manage corporate-level relationships with internal senior dialysis leadership, including inside dialysis sales team members, Senior Director of Dialysis and Chief Commercial Officer. Develop and maintain strong relationships at the regional level, including clinical leadership, biomedical teams, and other key stakeholders. Serve as a trusted strategic partner to customers through regular in-person visits and remote meetings. Support both new customer acquisition and retention through proactive relationship management. Maintain open order reports. Communicate order status to customers, and resolve any aging orders with product support, scheduling, production, and shipping. Sales, Revenue & Pipeline Management Track, analyze, and report historical and current revenue performance using D365. Manage and forecast anticipated pipeline revenue within Salesforce. Cultivate leads and sales opportunities in collaboration with inside dialysis sales team members. Drive growth through identification of expansion opportunities within existing and new accounts. Contract & Agreement Management Manage details associated with new and renewed purchase agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with customer needs. Partner with internal finance and operations teams to support pricing, contract terms, and execution. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with Operations, Product Support, and Finance to ensure seamless customer experience and account execution. Work day-to-day with inside dialysis sales representatives and order writers to support sales activity and order fulfillment. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and support ongoing account success. Regular Meetings, Business Reviews & Communication Lead and contribute to weekly, quarterly, and annual customer meetings and internal business reviews. Manage meeting agendas, document notes, and track action items to completion. Provide clear and consistent communication to internal stakeholders regarding account status, opportunities, and risks. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales. Previous sales experience, preferably in medical devices, capital equipment, or healthcare-related industries. Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-level customer relationships. Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools (Salesforce preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative. Ability to work outside of regular business hours. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with national or large regional healthcare provider groups. Familiarity with long-term purchasing agreements. Experience collaborating across clinical, biomedical, and commercial stakeholders. Ability to work outside of regular business hours. Travel Requirements Ability to travel 1–3 times per month or as needed for customer meetings, business reviews, and industry-related events. Some travel may be unplanned based on business needs.
