AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of National Accounts Quality Assurance Manager for our national marketplace on the West Coast.
The successful team member filling this role will have responsibility for quality and service compliance for an established group of third-party service providers known as Alliance Partners. It is anticipated this position will require a significant amount of travel within the assigned region.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in multi-unit food service operations
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Degree in related field of study or a minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Familiarity with relevant laws/regulations and generally accepted practices and procedures
  • High level of creativity and excellent problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to function independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle matters in a discrete and confidential manner
  • Ability to act objectively while making determinations about issues that are complex, difficult or emotional in nature
  • Competency with Microsoft office products including, Excel, Word and Power Point
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the liaison between AVI Alliance Partners and AVI
  • Oversight of Alliance Partners service and locations to monitor:
  • Quality of product
  • Compliance with established pricing guidelines
  • Ensuring all contract Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are communicated and upheld
  • Conduct unannounced onsite quality audits for program compliance and administration
  • Provide a detailed itinerary and report of work sites visited and matters encountered and addressed to appropriate leadership
