Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM, 3 days in office per week. The National Accounts Representative (NAR) develops and maintains positive business partnerships, and works collaboratively company-wide in an effort to provide an unmatched customer experience to our National Accounts. The NAR maximizes efficiencies to best serve the needs of our National Accounts. What You’ll Do Communicate daily with accounts, vendors, and PFX Team to process orders and requests in an accurate and efficient manner Maintain customer forecasts and collaborate with Purchasing to ensure fulfillment of orders in accordance with set timelines Provide support for the Snr. NAR during down time Leverage technology and process improvement to add value to Pet Food Experts & retailers Collaborate with the Director of Customer Experience & National Accounts, National Accounts & eCommerce Manager, Customer Experience Team, Accounting, Operations, IT, Transportation, and Purchasing Provide support for EDI transactional customers and vendors What We’re Looking For Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills Superior customer service focus with the ability to develop and maintain account relationships Professional telephone, email and interpersonal etiquette Demonstrated ability to achieve responsibilities and meet deadlines Positive team player who enjoys working within a target-driven environment Excellent planning, multitasking and organizational skills, even under pressure Solid computer skills, Google Suite preferred, Google sheets, and Excel a must High School Education or equivalent required, college degree a plus 6 months CXR experience required Prior call center experience, a plus Prior experience with CRM platforms a plus Prior industry product knowledge, a plus Prior experience with basic EDI knowledge, a plus The Perks of Being Part of the PFX Pack!
