About the role: The National Administrator’s role will be to provide support to National Key Accounts and third-party portals within the Business Support Services team. Our Business Support Services team is critical to ensuring that we provide first-class support to branches and customers with the National Administrators playing a vital part in its success. As a National Administrator, you will support National Key Accounts, Regional Portal Support, Cross-Functional support, Portal Setup Management and Occupational Health and Safety. As a focal point of communication for the Schindler business, you will get to work closely with our Branch Administration teams. The role will require a strong ability and understanding of third-party customer portals. What’s in it for you: * Up to $80,000 Base (depending on experience) * 12% Super * 5% Annual Bonus * 8.30am - 5pm – flexible working hours according to business requirements * Potential for real growth both personally and professionally * Opportunity to access educational support, access to staff discount scheme, and social activities * You will even get a day off for your birthday! * Fitness passport with access to over 1,700 fitness facilities across Australia * New state-of-the-art office located in Alexandria Key Accountabilities: * Handle data entry of information into customer portals as the primary responsible party (maintenance billing). * Coach, train and follow up with the regions to make sure that invoices are loaded to customer portals * Create client-specific contract invoicing reports accurately * Provide cross-functional team support to areas of responsibility, when required. * Upload specific client invoicing requirements to the customer’s portals * Set up and be the Schindler administrator for third-party customer websites. What we are looking for: * Strong ability and understanding of third-party customer portals * Experience processing claims and invoices to clients * Prior experience with SAP or a similar ERP system * Strong MS Office skills * Excellent interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with a diverse range of stakeholders * Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a number of competing tasks * Administration / Finance (Cert IV and above) or Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded, though not essential. * Knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems About Schindler: Schindler Lifts Australia is part of the Schindler Group, one of the top elevator companies in the world, spanning 100 countries with more than 64,000 employees worldwide.
