Description

Your primary objective will be to develop existing or new Contract Logistics business by coordinating all business development actions and triggering opportunities for larger accounts at a country or cluster level.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within contract logistics or 3PL.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop long-term business strategies.
  • Proactively seeks new opportunities and drives business growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To develop + manage a sizeable pipeline of opportunities, actively driving each opportunity through theentire Customer Engagement Cycle.
  • To lead commercial negotiations and create high quality business proposals.
  • To actively develop and maintain customer contacts along with a network of prospects.
  • To actively network and link with other colleagues (Subject matter experts, Vertical Specialists, AccountManagers) at every level of the organisation, from global to regional to country.
  • To highlight achievements in the business development space using a variety of dynamic tools.
  • To capture and manage business and market intelligence, ensuring the communication of same to keystakeholders.
  • To drive and roll-out yearly business development plans
